Do I have to pay any extra to book the flights?

No!  There are no extra hidden fees – we hate these too, so why would we do that to you?

Can I cancel a flight that I just booked?

We offer very limited inventory to our customers. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds once you confirm one of these flights.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course! Add multiple seats to your cart and insert your friends’ email addresses. If they are subscribers, we’ll reserve all those seats together.

I’m scared of committing to a subscription. Can I try it out?

Sure, for those commitment-phobes out there, we have a Pay As You Go option and we also offer free cancellation on our subscription plans.

When will I be charged?

The sign-up fee is a one-time charge upfront and will give you access for one year from this date.


When can I cancel?

Cancel anytime: just contact us via your member dashboard, email, phone, or fax (just kidding, don’t fax us).

Are there any penalty fees for cancelling?

We hate getting charged for something we don’t want, so we won’t do that to you. Your account privileges will remain through the end of the current billing cycle, no questions asked and no fees charged.


Where can I go?

Our offerings change daily. Have a specific destination in mind? Sign up and receive alerts if it becomes available!

Which airline am I taking?

Our flights are on premium/national carriers. In order to pass along low fares, we don’t display our partners’ details until the booking is complete.

Why can’t I see the exact time of departure?

In our efforts to work with our partners and maintain our low prices, we temporarily hide some of these flight details until the booking is complete.
If you’re a subscriber and time is of the essence for a particular choice, just contact us to see what we can do.

I need to go to Rome this weekend. Why can’t I find a flight there?

One of our top priorities is to have a wide variety of destination options available anytime. With us, you won’t know which specific destinations are available until a few days before departure. Therefore, if you need to fly to a specific destination on a specific date, you’ll still need to book through airlines. In this way, we keep our airline partners happy by not stealing their revenue and they provide the seats that we pass on to you. Win/win/win!

Are checked bags included?

Bags are generally not included.  If they are, this will be indicated in your reservation.


What if I find the same flight cheaper elsewhere?

We’re trying our best to capture convenient, low-fare options for all our customers. However, we’re still young and don’t have partnerships with all airlines… yet 😉
So, just let us know! We’ll be happy to credit back the difference.


Will I accrue frequent flyer miles?

Of course. Add in the account number(s) of your membership programs and we will make sure they’re added to the reservations with those carriers.

What other services do you provide?

We are in the process of rolling out add-ons to customize your subscriptions. Checked bags, lounge access, and class upgrades are some of the things we’re working on. Stay tuned!
